We offer free postage with all purchases
Delivery is through Australia post with an average delivery time of 3-10 days (depending on location). You will be sent a postal tracking number upon your purchase. We only deliver within Australia.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
We are happy to pay your return postage, if the return is a result of our error.
After we receive your return, we will make contact with you. Your refund will be transferred to your selected bank account.
- Aids will be programmed by our Senior professional Audiologists for your hearing loss (we will require a recent audiogram with your purchase)
- 30-day hearing aid trial, with money-back satisfaction guarantee
- 6-month supply of batteries / if not rechargable
- We provide telehealth appointments – 2 weeks / 1 month to fine tune your hearing aid/s from receiving your hearing aids. Further telehealth appointments will incur a fee, please email to book an appointment.
- 3-year Manufacture Warranty
- 1 year manufacturer cover for accidental loss & damage (conditions apply)
All Hearing Aids have a warranty of 3 years from the manufacture against defects.This starts when you receive your aids
Terms of the manufacturer’s Loss & Damage Warranty:
The manufacturer will replace your same hearing aid once only.
The Loss & Damage Warranty includes:
- is valid for 1-year from date of receiving aids
- is available only to people residing in Australia
- requires a Statutory Declaration
- requires an excess payable, of $800 per aid
The Loss & damage Warranty is excluded when:
- Loss or damage of Aids is outside Australia
- Hearing Aid/s are covered by house content insurance
- Aids are damaged from improper care
Hearing Aids from Home highly recommend to insure your purchase through your personnel home & content insurance.
Regularly wipe them down with a soft cloth, clean mic and receiver openings with provided tools, keep them dry, replace batteries as needed, and schedule regular check-ups with your audiologist for professional maintenance. Hearing aids from home require full payment via credit card, we do not have any payment plan options available.
