At Hearing aids from home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your hearing aid, we offer a free 30-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind. 

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that: 

  • Return Window: You initiate your return within 30 days from the date of receipt. 
  • Condition: The hearing aid must be in its original, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included. 

2. How to Return Your Hearing Aid

To return your hearing aid, follow these steps: 

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at admin@hafh.au
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the hearing aid securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. 
  3. Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location. 
  4. Send Your Return: Ship the package back to us using the provided label. 

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. 

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
