- Condition: The hearing aid must be in its original, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
2. How to Return Your Hearing Aid
To return your hearing aid, follow these steps:

- Prepare Your Return: Pack the hearing aid securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
- Send Your Return: Ship the package back to us using the provided label.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
